“A dramatic restaurant setting can often mean underwhelming food—but Quay 16 is a happy exception to this rule. The restaurant certainly offers impressive daytime views over the south quays and a lovely interplay of light and water at night — but it wears its maritime setting lightly. Menus offer clean modern European food using only fresh local ingredients where possible. With a capacity of 80 guests, menus range from pre-theatre, a la carte and competitive group set menus catering for all dining requirements.
